Free to Thrive Subscription Purchase Policy
You will be billed the amount advertised for your subscription selection at the time you place your order and, from then on, you will automatically be billed on a recurring basis according to your selection at the then-current full price, unless we write to you to inform you otherwise.
Clear Compass Media LLC has a no charge-back, no refund policy, except to the extent required under applicable law.
If you cancel before your next renewal period then you will not be charged for the following period.
To cancel your subscription, use the membership portal or email us at: [email protected] along with the following content: “I would like to cancel my Free to Thrive subscription prior to the next renewal. The email for my account is [insert the email address you used to create your Free to Thrive subscription here].”
Your subscription will auto-renew if you do not cancel it. If you cancel, the subscription content you have already paid for will still be available to you for the duration of your then-current subscription term.
Unless and until your subscription is cancelled in accordance with these terms, you authorize Clear Compass Media LLC to charge your credit card or PayPal account for the ongoing cost of your Free to Thrive subscription.
